How to Install Phantom Checkout

Follow these steps after downloading your license key and .crx file.

Follow these steps after downloading your license key and .crx file.

Download the Extension

Click your download link — Chrome will save Phantom.bin to your Downloads folder. Open your Downloads folder, right-click Phantom.bin → Rename → change the name to Phantom.crx and press Enter. Then save it somewhere easy to find like your Desktop.

Allow the Extension in Chrome

Open PowerShell as Administrator (right-click Start → Windows PowerShell → Run as administrator) and run this command:

reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome\ExtensionInstallAllowlist" /v 1 /t REG_SZ /d "gkadkmklnhofelkagjakehfophecglmi" /f

You should see: The operation completed successfully.

Fully Close and Reopen Chrome

Close every Chrome window. Wait 5 seconds. Reopen Chrome.

Install the Extension

Go to chrome://extensions — turn on Developer Mode — drag and drop the Phantom.crx file onto the page — click Add Extension.

Enter Your License Key

Click the ghost icon in your toolbar → gear icon → paste your license key → Save Settings.
