Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our product and the immediate delivery of license keys upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund only if you were charged but never received your license key and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours, or if you were charged twice for the same period due to a billing error.

Contact support@phantomcheckout.com within 7 days of your charge with your order details.

Missed Purchases

Refunds are not issued for items that were not successfully purchased due to stock availability, retailer website changes, or any other reason.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban. Please reach out to us directly — we resolve billing issues quickly.

Cancellations

Cancel any time by contacting support@phantomcheckout.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal. No partial refunds for unused days.
