By accessing or using Phantom Checkout ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License
Each license key is valid for one person on one device for 30 days from the date of issue. You may not share, sell, transfer, or distribute your license key. Violations result in immediate revocation without refund.
2. Acceptable Use
You may only use Phantom Checkout for personal, non-commercial purchases. You may not use the Service to resell goods at scale, operate multiple accounts, or circumvent retailer purchase limits beyond normal consumer behavior.

4. No Purchase Guarantee
We do not guarantee that the extension will successfully complete any purchase. High-demand products, website changes, and retailer countermeasures may prevent checkout from completing. No refund is issued for missed purchases.
5. Payments & Renewals
Licenses are billed on a 30-day cycle. You may cancel at any time by contacting support@phantomcheckout.com before your next renewal date.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds once a license key has been issued.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first results in immediate permanent revocation of your license.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for violations of these Terms or abuse of the Service.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phantom Checkout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
